Mr. Green is a retired Vice President from Southwest Research Institute after a 38 year career in engineering and management.    His technical specialties are radio direction finding, radio communications and related fields in electromagnetics and radio communications.   Mr. Green’s peer reviewed publications have appeared in publications such as Radio Science, Astrophysical Journal, Naval Engineers Journal and the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement.

Mr. Green has previously served on a number of San Antonio area non-profit Boards and is now serving on several non-profit Boards.  He is past President of the Board for the Texas Burn Survivor Society and Child Abuse Prevention Services.
