Pulmonary diseases are diseases in the lungs or blood vessels, like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Most pulmonary vascular diseases cause shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic irreversible and ultimately fatal disease characterized by a progressive decline in lung function.

Pneumonia

Pneumonia is an inflammatory condition of the lung affecting primarily the microscopic air sacs known as alveoli. It is caused by infection with viruses or bacteria and less commonly by other microorganisms, certain medications and conditions such as autoimmune diseases.
